How to make a die-casting outdoor light & furniture?
Production Process
We have the professional R&D and QC team, The production line except elect electric parts, package material, and screw purchasing outside covers from the very beginning design, mold,die-casting, polishing, machining, painting, assembling, to the end of packing. All the above steps are done in our factory, Nine TIMES inspection by our QC, and it helps us to control the quality best. Wenti requires that the appliance purchased outside all met CE and UL(ETL) standards and also requires products passed Wenti Test.
Mould Workshop
WENTAI owns more than 1000 moulds, almost all moulds are designed by us. We have a special senior mould service team who have built up a good injecting mould maintenance system to maintain and repair the moulds and prolong mould life.
Die-Casting Workshop
Ten die-casting machines, including one 650TN, Five 200TN, three 300TN, One 250TN. Every die casting part is made by ADC12 material, it is fit for the RoHS requirements and have the SGS test report.
Machining Workshop
Three lines of machining workshops, including 13 porous automatic drilling machines, and 25 single drilling machines.
Paint Workshop
460M powder paint workshop, tow lines of hands painting. WENTAI uses high-quality outdoor powder paint for all products, we guarantee two years of protection from colour change.
Assembly Workshop
Three assembly workshops, a total of 8 lines, 4 lines for traditional lights, 2 lines for solar lights, 2 LED lights.
Packaging
Our packing is polyfoam or paper card with carton, for graphic and gift carton, need to be MOQ 1000 PCS for one item by free of charge.
